We are certified organic

Certified organic food products impact an entire community as it brings sustainability of livelihood back to farms. By removing middlemen, we have ensured better earnings for farmers, that help them to manage their families well. We have been working to solve problems amongst organic farmers like lack of knowledge of market demands, and organic best practices and poorly priced products in local markets due to unavailability of post harvest management techniques since our inception. Products from our farms are certified organic as per Indian organic standards, National Program for Organic Production (NPOP). We also support Zero Budget Natural Farming (ZBNF) method of agriculture where we promote products which are not certified organic but grown naturally without usage of any chemicals. Our storyline captures how the rural economy works and hence this motivates consumers to contribute to the larger cause - sustainability.

Internal Control System

Our Internal Control System of farmers facilitate certification of farmlands in regions, under which we have our field officers and internal inspectors for every region. Internal inspections are conducted regularly and detailed records of farm activities are maintained periodically, which are backed up by third party inspections from APEDA accredited certification bodies.

Processing & packaging

Our central processing unit is certified by third party accredited certification bodies to ensure that the nature and quality of food products in intact. Our primary processing facility is located in Burdwan & our secondary processing facilities are located in Kolkata & Guwahati.

Farm 2 fork traceability

Our products align to the principles of Organic Farming as defined by IFOAM , Principle of Fairness where we ensure that the food products are certified organic and the farmers are compensated fairly in lieu of the food products, and Principle of Care, where our products carry utmost information a consumer needs to know before picking up the food product.
